2.Social development (Expanding investment in Lac Son district)

Expanding investment in the difficult areas to create jobs for local people with stable income, improving the life quality to ensure health, education, and escape poverty so that they can fully develop their potential. In March 2011, the company decided to expand the factory in Nam Hoa hamlet, Xuat Hoa commune, Lac Son district, Hoa Binh province. As a mountainous district with extremely difficult socio-economic conditions, the lives of people in the highlands of Lac Son (Hoa Binh) still depend on agricultural and forestry production. Production is still low and efficiency is low, so the poverty rate is still high compared to the average of the province
